Proposal:

As a potential author, the first step would be to submit a proposal for your  work.  Each proposal will be reviewed by our editors and professional references for the quality and the need for such work. 

After considering the proposal, your editor will present it along with the supporting information and estimated cost of production to our internal editorial board meeting for approval.  Depending on the outcome, your editor will contact you regarding the offered contract. 

Contract:

Upon receiving your signed contract, you will be supplied with all the necessary information on how to prepare your manuscript.  It is very important that you follow the guidelines provided by your editor in order to minimize costs and for a timely production.

Production:

After receiving your manuscript, there are several in-house procedures that are normally followed before production.  The manuscript is check again for content and quality before sending it to our design and layout department.  The assigned production editor will take care of the layout, cover design, typesetting, etc. and will communicate with you on the progress of your book.  This is done either by our own staff or contracted freelancers. 

Depending the amount work involved, you will receive a proof copy of your book for a final revision and proofreading.  Upon making the necessary corrections, your book is sent out for printing and binding. 

Reprints:

Books will be reprinted only when there is demand.  Please contact your editor with the necessary revisions after the publication of your book for more information.  Also, only minor factual errors will be corrected when a book is reprinted. 

New editions:

Please contact our editors in considering a new edition of your book.  Please note, however, that a significant revision to your book is need to qualify as a new edition.
